Hob / Stove S.O.P.

Before cleaning, our service personnel will take a photo of the stove

Then, our service personnel will dismantle the burner caps and grates

The surface will be wiped down using cleaning agent

Our service personnel will brush and wash the burner caps and grates

After that, the burner caps and grates will be reinstalled

Our personnel will start cleaning and wiping the appliance

Then, the Stove surface will be steam sterilised

Once the cleaning process is done, a photo of the stove will be taken

Our service personnel will do one final round of checking before the customer signs to acknowledge the completion of services

Hood S.O.P.

Before cleaning, our service personnel will take a photo of the hood

Then, our service personnel will dismantle the oil cup, grease filters, and front cover

The hood will be wiped down using cleaning agent

Our service personnel will brush and wash the oil cup, grease filters, and front cover

After that, the oil cup, grease filters, and front cover will be reinstalled

Then, the hood will be steam sterilised

Then, our service personnel will remove the oven racks and hidden bake tray

The oven cavity will be wiped down using cleaning agent

Our service personnel will brush and wash the oven racks and hidden bake tray

After that, the oven racks and hidden bake tray will be reinstalled

Our personnel will start cleaning and wiping the appliance

Then, the oven cavity will be steam sterilised

Microwave Oven S.O.P.

The microwave oven cavity will be wiped down using cleaning agent

After that, the turntable glass tray will be reinstalled

02. How do I know if I should have my kitchen appliances manually cleaned?
  • If it has not been cleaned in 2 months
  • If you often fry food

03. Is there any discount if I only need to service 2 units of kitchen appliances?

No, but you may request to clean 2 other kitchen appliances in your kitchen.

04. Do you clean under the stove too?

Yes, we will use a cleaning agent to remove the grease and stains under the stove.

05. How long does the service take?

The minimum duration for a service session is 90 minutes.

06. Which parts of the kitchen appliances will you clean?
  • We will clean all parts near your kitchen basin.
  • For a cooking hob or gas stove, we will clean the burner caps and grates.
  • For a range hood, we will clean the oil cup, grease filter and front cover.
  • For a microwave oven, we will clean the cavity, rack and turntable glass tray.
  • For an oven, we will clean the cavity, rack(s) and hidden bake tray.
08. Is your cleaning agent safe?

Yes, our cleaning agent is made of food-grade ingredients.

09. Can my kitchen appliances be used right after the service?

Yes, you may use your kitchen appliances right after the cleaning service.

10. Will the steam sterilisation damage my kitchen appliances?

No. That said, our steam sterilisation which ranges between 100oC and 130oC can eliminate all microbes.

11. If I would like to add on any services during the other service sessions, is there any limitations on the services I can add on?

No, there are no limitations. You can choose to add on as many services as you need during each service session.

12. What is WonderKlean Care Plan?

WonderKlean Care Plan is a policy in which an insured receives reimbursement from WonderKlean. This policy is designed to protect an insured in respect of the legal liability to pay compensation for accidental bodily injury or accidental damage to the property of the other person caused by or through the negligence of the insured or his employees or by any defect in the premises owned or any defects in the ways, works of the insured.

13. What does the WonderKlean Care Plan cover?

The WonderKlean Care Plan covers any property damage that is caused during service sessions. However, it does not apply to the failure of the serviced product(s) (washing machine, kitchen appliances, mattress and air-conditioner) after the service session.
